We accept a variety of payment methods, which are detailed during the checkout process..

Reservation of Amounts
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds are reserved on your card or account until:
- We withdraw the amount when we ship the item, or
- The funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.
Expiration periods for reserved amounts:
- Mastercard: 30 days
- Visa: 30 days
You can read more about the rules for your specific card with your card issuer.
We do not charge card fees.
The Anyday payment option is available for purchases of 300 DKK or more. When you choose to pay with Anyday, we deduct the first payment when your item is shipped. You will then pay a monthly installment on the last business day of each month. The number of monthly installments starts from four months and may vary depending on your selected payment plan. The size of each installment is determined by your total order amount, your selected flexible payment, and the specific payment plan you have chosen. Note that if you pay all installments on time, no interest or fees will be charged. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will be automatically canceled. Shipping
We deliver throughout EU
For smaller products that can be shipped as parcel post, we use GLS. The price is indicated at checkout.
To GLS Parcel Shop
Parcel Shop is a flexible delivery method for private recipients. Choose the Parcel Shop where you want to pick up your package.
When you enter your email address and mobile number, GLS will automatically send you an email/SMS when your package is ready for pickup.
Remember to bring the package number and valid ID when picking up the package.
To Your Private Address
When you order delivery to your private address, you have the option to change your delivery.
When the package is shipped, GLS will send you an email. In this email, you can change your delivery to, for example, a Parcel Shop, another address, a different day, or provide authorization for GLS to deliver your package without a signature.
If you do not respond to the email, GLS will attempt to deliver the package to your address. If you are not home, the package will be delivered to a nearby GLS Parcel Shop, and you will be notified.
To a Business Address
Check with your workplace whether it is acceptable to receive private packages.
GLS delivers the package along with other packages to the goods reception or the usual delivery point.
With Freight Carrier
For products that cannot be shipped as parcel post, such as larger furniture, we use a freight carrier. For deliveries to non-bridged islands, additional fees may apply. Delivery is made to the curbside unless otherwise agreed. We do not deliver abroad (including Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
Returns and cancellation Policy
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple different items in one order but they are delivered separately, the deadline starts from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 30 days of receiving your item. You can send an email to hello@quirkymoose.com or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of our terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us.
Partial Returns
If you have purchased multiple items, you may return one or more items even if they were purchased in a single order.
Please note that you will not be refunded for shipping costs if you withdraw from part of your purchase.
Returns
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item.
You must bear the cost of return shipping, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport. Some items cannot be returned via regular mail. This applies to: shelves, tables, kitchen fronts, drawers, cabinets, and similar large products.
The estimated maximum cost of returning such items is 1,100 DKK.
Condition of the Item When Returning It
If the item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, properties, and function, you may only receive a partial refund.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
Refunds
If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has depreciated, we deduct the amount for which you are liable.
We refund the amount within 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We refund the money using the same payment method as your purchase unless agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the item unless you provide documentation for returning it.
Complaints
When purchasing from us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means you have a 24-month warranty. If your complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a discount, depending on the situation.
You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Complaints within two months of discovering the defect are always considered timely.
If the complaint is justified, we refund your (reasonable) return shipping costs. The item must be returned in secure packaging, and you should obtain proof of shipment.

Privacy Policy
We collect the following information when you shop with us:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.
We store this information for five years before deletion.
We only collaborate with data processors in the EU or countries that provide sufficient data protection.
Complaints
If you wish to file a complaint, contact Quirky Moose ApS at hej@quirkymoose.com. If no resolution is found, you can submit a complaint to:
